Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are packed the same day. We deliver to street addresses and PO boxes across Australia; remote postcodes can add 1–2 days.
Returns
- 1. Start the return
Email hello@seabathers.com.au within 30 days with your order number and what you are sending back.
- 2. Pack it up
Tags attached, unworn, in the original packaging. We send a prepaid Australia Post label for full-price items.
- 3. Get it refunded
Refunds land back on the original card within 3–5 business days of inspection. Exchanges ship for free.
Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Sale items can be exchanged within 30 days, not refunded.
