Our story
A small label for the longest season.
Sea Bathers started in 2014 with a towel that never dried and a habit of swimming at the same ocean pool every morning. We still make everything in small runs, in Australia, for people who spend more time in salt water than in shopping centres.
Materials that survive the sun.
We use recycled Italian nylon for swim, European flax for linen and organic cotton for everything else. Nothing is designed to last one season. If a piece fails, send it back and we will repair it.
Made close to home.
Our swim is cut and sewn in Sydney, our towels are woven in Victoria, and our sunscreen is made in Queensland. Small runs mean we can visit every maker, and it means things sell out. We would rather that than overproduce.
